An all-round masterclass by Annabel Sutherland has Australia on the brink of victory against India after day two of the day-night Test at the WACA.
Sutherland scored 129, becoming the first Australian woman to score four Test centuries, as Australia built a 125-run lead in the first innings.
The 24-year-old has reached triple figures in her past three Test innings, including a double ton against South Africa in 2024.
She was backed up by Ellyse Perry, whose 76 runs took her past Karen Rolton as the most prolific Australian run-scorer in women's Tests and became the first Aussie woman with 1,000 runs in three formats.
They led the way as Australia was eventually dismissed for 323, putting India in to bat under lights.
Openers Smriti Mandhana (2) and Shafali Verma (5) were removed in the first two overs before Sutherland, who took 4-46 on day one, entered the attack and took the key wickets of first-innings top-scorer Jemimah Rodrigues (14) and captain Harmanpreet Kaur (11).
India's hopes of even making it to the fourth and final day rest largely with Pratika Rawal, who was unbeaten on 43 at stumps with her team 6-105 and still 20 runs from making Australia bat again.

Australia vs India live
That's stumps! India 6-105 (Pratika 43*, Hamilton 3-32) trails by 20 runs

Australia's day, and victory is in sight already for the home side. India needed to produce something far more resolute under lights tonight to dig itself back into the Test, but the quality of Australia's bowling and looseness of some of the strokeplay has this one almost done and dusted.
Annabel Sutherland enjoyed a day to remember, reaching her fourth Test century before picking up a pair of big wickets in the night session. Ellyse Perry was excellent for her 76 also, while debutant Lucy Hamilton continues to prove she is a star of the future with the ball.
India will need Pratika Rawal and Sneh Rana to produce something special early tomorrow to give it any chance of a miraculous win, but Australia will know it is only a few wickets and a potentially short chase away from winning this Test and the multi-format series.
Join me again tomorrow to see how it all unfolds! Thanks for your company and goodnight.
29th over - Brown will see out day two
Darcie Brown, here we go. Six balls left in day two. Can Australia find one more?
She's around the wicket still to Rana, who drives on the up to point for no run.
Another short ball, which Rana ducks under.
Rana drives down the ground. No run, but another ball safely negotiated.
Rana pushes to point, again no run. Two to come.
Brown comes back over the wicket and bowls a yorker, which Rana digs out and manages a single from down the ground. Her work is done.
Pratika will face the final ball.
It's short and poor and left alone by Pratika. That is stumps.
28th over - Annabel Sutherland gets one last chance on day two
Well, it's been her day. Why not give Sutherland one more over to see if there's any more magic left in those boots? She'll bowl to Pratika, who leaves the first ball alone.
Pratika spots the inswinger and defends it well. Brown fields sharply at point to prevent a run.
Four dots to begin the Sutherland over.
Too straight from Sutherland, on the hip of Pratika who can nudge one to the leg side and take a single. A leg bye, in fact.
Rana survives the final ball of the over, and in fact takes a single from it. She'll take strike for what should be the last over of the night.
27th over - Brown will bowl another
Probably time for three more overs tonight. Brown will bowl at least one of them.
FOUR MORE! Pratika slashes at a cut shot and finds the gap behind point. Lovely shot, and another boundary for a very classy batter.
One more for Pratika to the sweeper on the off side.
Brown comes around the wicket now to Rana, who is undone by the angle and nearly gets a nick through to the keeper.
And a bouncer to end the over. Five from it.
26th over - Hamilton running in again
She's around the wicket to Pratika, who plays with the angle to the leg side and takes a single.
Hamilton comes around the wicket to Rana now too, and is driven through the off side for two.
FOUR! All run! Gardner put in an incredible chase to deny Rana another boundary, but even though she won the race with the boundary line, it's four runs on the scorecard all the same.
Rana is looking to take the game back to the Aussies here late on day two. Over bowled.
The last we've seen of Alyssa?
Wahoo! Well bowled Lucy! Wait on... at the risk of sounding selfish I'd like to see Healy bat one more time which means India need to set a reasonable target - see what you can organise please Dean
- Mike
Geez, I hadn't even thought of that. If Australia wins by an innings then Alyssa Healy has already batted her last dig for her country.
If the Aussies have a short chase, suuuuurely they open with Healy.
25th over - Darcie Brown back into the attack
With about 20 minutes to play tonight the Aussies have their opening bowlers back at the crease.
FOUR! Shot, Sneh Rana. Not a lot of footwork but excellent timing through the covers.
Rana pops one up off the inside edge but fine of short leg and down for a single to fine leg.
There's a wide from Brown.
Pratika will keep the strike after whipping the final ball to deep square leg for one. Over bowled.
24th over cont - Hamilton still has two to come
Sneh Rana is at the crease now and cutting her first ball hard to point. There's a misfield, so she'll take the single and get off the mark.
Hamilton ends a sensational over by beating Pratika's outside edge. She's been truly fantastic on debut.
OUT! There's a nick on it alright! Hamilton has Richa for a duck!
What a review from Alyssa Healy! There was indeed a feather on that ball from Richa through to the keeper, and Ultraedge picked it up clear as day.
Lucy Hamilton has two in three balls and Australia is absolutely steaming ahead in this Test match.
24th over cont - Hamilton has four to come
Richa Ghosh is the new batter with a tricky 25 minutes remaining and with India still 43 runs in arrears.
SHOUT! Was there a tickle on that through to Mooney? There was a hint of a noise. Hamilton didn't hear anything, it all came from behind the stumps. But we have a review! Let's see then.
BOWLED HER! Lucy Hamilton has cleaned up Deepti Sharma!
That is just supreme fast bowling. The bouncer to get the batter second-guessing, then the full one which rags back through the gap to take the leg stump.
Sensational bowling and just rewards from what has been an excellent spell so far.
24th over - Hamilton on her way in again
Ooof, short and quick from Hamilton there. Deepti hooks and ducks at the same time.
23rd over - It'll be McGrath again
FOUR! That wasn't too short, but Pratika was quick on the length and pulled it through the air over square leg for four.
Pratika drives through cover, just for the single. Still some swing there for McGrath but these two look to have settled into things now.
Deepti looks to pull the final ball of the over way but gets a bottom edge. Still she'll get through for one. Six from the over all up.
22nd over - Hamilton again
Deepti on strike.
She drops one into the off side and gets through for a single.
Hamilton is coming around the wicket to Pratika now, just for something different.
Short from Hamilton, pulled away to fine leg by Pratika for one more.
BEATEN! Seed. Too good from Hamilton as Deepti is beaten all ends up.
Two runs from that over. Around we go.
21st over - McGrath to bowl her fifth over
Every ball in the same spot, asking questions of Deepti.
FOUR! Until that one. Short and put away through square leg by Deepti.
Deepti is trying to get things moving now. A more aggressive cut shot only earns her one, but that's more like it anyway.
Five runs from the over. If these two can bat the next 35 minutes, perhaps India can retain some hope.
20th over - Hamilton steaming in again
She's got Pratika on strike, angling across her.
Hamilton is giving nothing away here. First five balls have all been on the money, either demanding defence or being left alone.
Brilliant over. Another maiden. All the pressure on India.
19th over - McGrath to try again
Technically they want another 16 overs bowled tonight to reach the 100 mark, but that won't be happening. Instead we'll play for about another 50 minutes.
Pratika clips through midwicket for a rare run from this McGrath spell.
Only the one run from it. The runs have well and truly dried up now.
18th over - Lucy Hamilton back into the attack
The seamers will do the bulk of the work tonight under the lights. Hamilton is back for her second spell, having only bowled three overs in her first.
Pratika nudges to point for a single.
Runs just aren't flowing for Deepti Sharma. She's nought from 12 balls.
And now she's off the mark with two runs down the ground.
Solid defence from Deepti though. Three runs from that over.
17th over - McGrath will bowl her third
Keeper is up to the stumps and there are fielders crowding the bat, putting the pressure right on Deepti.
Another maiden over is completed. Aussies are tightening the screws.
