Man charged with arson and stealing after fire destroys PCYC building

In short:

A 28-year-old man has been charged with one count each of arson, stealing, and unlawful enter premises with intent, and two counts of unlawful enter premises and commit after the Toowoomba PCYC was destroyed by fire. 

Emergency crews were called to the scene at 1:30am.

What's next?

The man is due to appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates court on March 20.
